Welcome to Therapy Binder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Therapy Binder web application and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Therapy Binder is a digital platform designed to help therapists, educators, and care teams manage student records, track IEP goals, document therapy sessions, and coordinate care. The Service provides tools for:

  • Documenting therapy sessions and progress

  • Coordinating care across team members
  • Generating reports and summaries

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THERAPY BINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Therapy Binder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
